What a flavor bomb lunch π€€ The roti was crispy with a very flavorful curry dip, the chicken and beef stay had a very nice charred flavor cooked just right, the fish head soup was flavorful and plenty of meat on the fish head, the mee goreng had a great bounce to the chew and that's savory and tangy. I'll be back with more people to try everything else? π€€

This place has been around for many years and it has the Best roti around immediate area. Food always consistent and very tasty. Chicken with special rice is delicious, ribs are tender.

Satay Malaysian Restaurant has been a longtime favorite of mine. Some restaurants lose their magic over time, but this place hasnβt missed a beat. The flavors are just as vibrant as I remember, the food arrives remarkably fast, and the quality remains consistently excellent. We started with the Chicken and Beef Satay, one of Malaysiaβs most iconic street foods. The skewers were marinated with turmeric, coriander, garlic, lemongrass, and warming spices before being grilled over an open flame. The result was tender, juicy meat with smoky, slightly charred edges and layers of savory flavor. Paired with fresh cucumber, onions, and a rich peanut sauce made with roasted peanuts, spices, and a touch of sweetness, every bite was balanced, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. The Pandan Roti Canai was both visually striking and delicious. The roti was beautifully flaky and buttery with crisp layers on the outside and a soft, chewy center. Served alongside curry chicken, it became even better. The curry was rich and aromatic, made with coconut milk, turmeric, curry leaves, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, garlic, and ginger, creating a creamy sauce packed with warmth and depth. The Asam Lak

Food is great, most of the dishes came out flavorful. The curry fish wasnβt the best, the place has a good amount of seats. Good to have some Malaysian food.overall itβs 3.8/5. Little further away from Main Street flushing

I order takeout from Satay occasionally. It really depends on what you get, since the quality can be inconsistent. Curry beef noodle soup (flat noodles): The portion of beef is generous and tender, but the curry broth is quite watery and underseasoned. It lacks flavor, which makes the dish pretty disappointing. Hainanese chicken: This was average at best. The chicken wasnβt particularly juicy or tender, though the rice was solid. Nothing memorable. Chow kueh teow: A decent option, but the noodles tend to be overcooked, which affects the texture. Overall, itβs just ok. Meh! There are better Malaysian spots worth trying.
